Feeling like getting your groove on? Head over to the Heimach Center in Auburn for a FREE Zumba Gold class this Friday, September 6th and Tuesday, September 10th at 9 AM. It’s a perfect way to get some exercise and have a blast, no matter your age or fitness level. Just bring your energy and comfy clothes – Zumba Gold is all about the fun! Shop Fresh at the Auburn Farmers Market!

This Saturday, September 7th, head to the corner of 7th and Union Street in Auburn for the Auburn Farmers Market. It’s a great chance to support local farmers and businesses while getting the freshest produce and goodies around. Stock up on delicious food and enjoy the community atmosphere! Finding Hope Together

This Thursday, September 12th, join the Hope for Mental Health support group at the YMCA in Auburn (533 North Street) from 6-8 PM. This group is open to anyone who has been affected by mental illness, either personally or through a loved one. It’s a safe space to connect with others, share experiences, and find hope. A free meal is also served! (Thanks, The Gathering-Auburn!)
